A valid drivers license and credit card.

If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the time you have booked for you will not receive a refund of your deposit. If there is inclement weather (heavy rain or thunderstorms) and you decide you would like to cancel your reservation within 24 hours you may get a refund of your deposit or schedule another time.

We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to departure. Upon arrival you will be asked which person in your crew will be captaining for the day. That person will need to sign our rental agreement forms and have a copy of their drivers license and credit kept on file. You will be walked through the boat you will be on for the day and be untied to enjoy a fun day out on the water.

Any individual who will be signing off as captain must be at least 24 years of age.

NO water sports or any kind of towing behind our boats is permitted.

All passengers aboard our boat UNDER the age of 12 must wear a life vest at all times. Other persons do not, there will be a life jacket provided for every passenger on the boat.

Our boats are coast guard approved to hold a maximum of 10 people on Boat 1 & 2 and Boat 3 holds 14 people.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed onboard our boats.
